Typhoon Dry Oil-Free Screw Air Compressor

Introduction:
Typhoon Kompressor's dry oil-free screw air compressor features a high-quality two-stage compression head by Ingersoll Rand, reaching Level 0 oil-free standard — total oil content (oil during compression + oil vapor) ≤0.01mg/m³.
"Oil-free" means the compressed air is never in contact with oil during the compression process, achieved through complete isolation of the compression chamber from the lubrication areas using an effective shaft sealing system.

Key Advantages:

  • 100% Clean, Oil-Free Air:
    The air compression chamber and oil lubrication chamber are fully separated. Typhoon Kompressor uses a stainless-steel spring-loaded metal ring seal on the air side and a copper labyrinth seal on the oil side to ensure complete sealing.

  • Low Noise & Environmentally Friendly:
    The dry oil-free unit is designed with a shell jacket to reduce high-frequency noise. Water cooling lowers the host temperature, and a muffler is installed at each outlet to limit noise transmission through piping.
    Additional soundproofing measures include:

    • Internal sound insulation panels.

    • Noise baffles at all cooling air inlets.

    • Built-in centrifugal fan design.

    • Door joints sealed with keel strips.

  • Stable Operation:
    The screw surface and compression chamber are specially coated for high-temperature, high-pressure, acid-alkali, and wear resistance. High-endurance bearings withstand elevated conditions.
    The jacket-type water cooling improves cooling efficiency, while shaft seal leakage prevention and vertical cooler structure enhance long-term stability.

  • Intelligent Control System:
    Features include voltage detection, phase sequence detection, current monitoring, overload alarm, overpressure alarm, high-temperature alarm, maintenance reminders, and multi-level password protection.
    Supports constant pressure and frequency modulation control using advanced PID algorithms. Equipped with Cloud IoT, allowing real-time monitoring and remote management from mobile devices, ensuring true 24/7 unattended operation.
